Finger Lickin' and Berry Pickin'

Ellie's first taste of chocolate. Looks like she was a real girl and loved it! Jake was kind enough to share his ice cream bar with her, and she decided it was all hers and cried when he started to take it away. All he had to get her to do to get her to smile so cute was wave the bar in front of the camera. I'm so proud.


We went blackberry picking on Thursday. They look soooo tasty on the vine! I came home and made a Nectarine-Blackberry Galette that would make Martha proud!

We went on a fun day trip to Wilmington to go to the beach with our friends the Elisons. Fast trip, but very fun. Jake and Connor were playing horseshoes here. We only got this one picture of Connor because the rest of the time he was off chasing seagulls!
