To Be a Princess, one must practice the following:

Proper choice of head wear is a must. A tiara is preferable, but pigtails and bows will work in a pinch.

See above. A tiara that matches your outfit completes the look. Nothing says "royal" like being put together.

A love of flowers and fine gardening is desirable. After all, when one is a princess, one will spend hours strolling the palace grounds.

Take pride in your appearance. There is no shame in pointing out your sparkly shoes to any who will notice.
Ellie is quite the little diva. If it's frilly or sparkly, she loves it. She insists on wearing her shiny black shoes with her pajamas. Such a girl. It's really fun.
We're just trying to survive my last week of work and Jake's last week of clinic. It's hard to believe that we're so close to leaving, but we are. I'm working my last shift on Tuesday and couldn't be more excited. It will be so nice for me to just be a stay at home mommy for awhile. Unfortunately, this means I'll have to learn to stick to a budget, because I won't have my work "piggy bank" anymore. Those will be some fun posts. Jake's running a marathon on Saturday, so we should have some good posts next week! Stay tuned!!

What a cutie! Maybe it is time to buy her a little tutu and turn on the nutcracker suite! Congrats on the last week of work and life on a budget!
She's adorable! Good luck in Washington. Hooray for last shifts! I just found out there is no more money in this year's budget for anymore per diems in PCS. A little bummed...but I'll get over it in a microsecond :) Yes, good luck with that life on a budget thing :D
