Our big girl turned 1 yesterday. It was a fun day, but made me kind of sad too that my baby's getting so big. It doesn't seem like that long ago that she was this tiny little bundle. Time goes by way too fast sometimes!
We really enjoyed conference yesterday. It's amazing how even though conference is for the 12+ million members of the church, there seem to be a few talks that are just for you. Hope everyone else enjoyed it, too!

The mishap I had while making Ellie's cake. I'm so klutzy sometimes. Cake batter mixed with broken glass is hard to clean up, just FYI! :)
We took a little drive before conference started yesterday to the Raleigh Temple so Connor could see it. He thought it was pretty cool to see where Mommy and Daddy go every month!

I love that Ellie's been stripped down for the Massacre. Smart you are Abby! and Jake too of course. looks like fun and the cake is awesome! You're really becoming very talented with those!

I love the video with the cake. What a wonderful idea! I think i would like to do that when our little one turn 1. But I don't know if I can wait for a year. Maybe I we will do that for Andrews birthday and just eat it with our hands :-)
