Close to You

Mason is not hurting for affection. In fact, the thing he usually suffers from is TOO MUCH. We usually have fights over who gets to have a bath with Mason, who gets to be closest to Mason's head while I'm changing a diaper, who gets to give him his paci, who gets to be the one smiling at him while he's on his play mat. . . you get the idea. It reminds me of the Carpenter's song: "Just like me/ they long to be/ close to you."
But now, I think we've figured it out. From now on, Mason will be lying on the floor with both hands accessible. No more arguments!! Now I just have to figure out how to feed him this way. . .

Wow! I can't believe you have less than a year left, now! Seems like you just left. :) Where to next? Back to NC?

That's hilarious....probably because my newest little one is currently experiencing the same form of suffocation from his elder brother.
If you figure out that nursing thing, let me know!
